Cooler is great, but their packaging sucks. 1st one showed up from FEDEX dented on the door and hinge was broken, making it unusable. Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. At 22.5 inches closed and 32.5 inches extended, both heights actually work. The cooler height sits naturally beside patio seating. The table height works for standing drinks or a casual spread. The lifting lock keeps whatever height you choose secure — no wobble, no accidental collapse mid-afternoon. The rattan-like texture keeps the whole thing from looking like a cooler at the center of the patio. It sits beside wicker furniture, wooden decking, or linen-covered tables and fits naturally into the setup. The drain plug at the base makes cleanup straightforward when the ice melts.

A little damaged by being delivered, scratched, contacted support and next day got back with me on ways to find a solution. But have yet to hear back now. Overall machine is pretty decent, sides get hot at first, but then cools off. The spacing is a little tighter than we thought. Normal 750ml wine bottles can’t really fit in both ways, that shows in picture (that’s a con), so I wouldn’t say 45 bottles.
