Delivered in two well packaged large boxes. Came with clear and visual directions with well labeled parts. We just got this today and couldn't be happier with it. The wicker looks great in person, better than the photos honestly, and the acacia wood coffee table is a really nice touch. It adds some warmth that you don't usually get with all-wicker sets. The whole thing just looks really cohesive once it's set up. Assembly was pretty straightforward and didn't take too long. The instructions were clear and everything was labeled well. Once it was together, everything felt solid with no wobbling or flimsy pieces, which was a concern we had buying furniture online without seeing it first. The cushions are more comfortable than we expected too. We sat outside for a couple hours last night and had no complaints. The whole setup just makes the space feel like an actual outdoor living area rather than just a place to sit. Honestly it looks way more expensive than it was. This should’ve been an easy 5 stars. The quality is great for the price. The color is perfect and exactly like the pictures on site. But the assembly was one of the worst experiences ever. I am experienced at assembling furniture and this took three hours and a lot of choice words. One screw took twenty minutes because the wrench they give you is awful and the screws are all underneath. But if you have the patience it is a nice piece once you get it all together..
