I ended up moving something else out on the porch and added these to the deck so that we can enjoy them. Easy to put together. My thirteen year old son did everything start to finish. They do swivel and rock slightly. Cushions are fairly thick which was a nice surprise. I figured I'd have to have them replaced as other sets' cushions have been lackluster at best.
