Chairs arrived well protected in the boxes. The box said that all tools required were included to put these chairs together, however that was unnecessary because the chairs were FULLY ASSEMBLED! Nice, heavy duty lounge chair that can lay out flat. I wanted this type of outdoor chair so I can tan my back side. Though putting it together was a headache. The package of fasteners was broken open inside the interior packaging, and the directions for assembly are incorrect also. But once the correct screw length was solved, its a very sturdy lounge chair. Back has four different adjustments plus lays flat. The seatback webbing is super tight and makes it feel hard on your body. Hopefully it will break in and give a little. Its winter here so Ive had to test it in the house.
