Set up was fine . Please note that you can just plug into an electrical outlet . You do not need to “hard wire it” as the description says. It is easy. However, the unit has a defect! The fake copper lip that the water falls from is NOT LEVEL ! Therefore the waterfall will never be like the picture in a nice V fall. This also causes lots of splash which results in water splashing out and water needing to be replaced often.. Anonymous. Wed Dec 18 2024

This item arrived well packed. It too a minute to unbox. This was IMPOSSIBLE to put together by myself. The directions were clear but it didn’t come together easily. When you put some slats in and you pull the two outside boards apart slightly to put more in, the first ones would fall out like dominos. Very frustrating! It took two people to assemble in about 40 minutes. It sounds like a long time for something so simple, even with the helper sticks, but it wasn’t. After everything, it turned out beautiful!. Cheryl. Corona, CA. Thu May 28 2026
