Minimalist solid acacia wood outdoor swing bed with sloped safe hanging design, built for weather resistance and high weight capacity. Spacious frame accommodates twin mattresses for private patio lounging, sleek neutral style fits all garden layouts. Mattress, cushions and mounting hardware not included; professional installation and sturdy overhead support are necessary for safety.
The item was delivered without the seat cushion. When I contacted Wayfair customer service, I provided a screenshot of the original product listing and photos and was told that the item did not come with cushions. This was not disclosed anywhere in the product information/specifications when we purchased it - all the photos included the cushions.
After I raised the issue, Wayfair completely updated the product page and photos then attempted to say that the cushions were clearly listed as not included. I have timestamped screenshots of the original listing showing otherwise.
Wayfair then offered a $100 credit toward purchasing the cushions, despite knowing that $100 would not be sufficient to replace them. I have now been waiting for over a month for the replacement cushion or even a meaningful update on when it will be delivered. I let our account manager know several times that the cushion had to be delivered this week as we have a wedding and the swing has been mounted outside the bridal suite.
We are also a business with a commercial Wayfair account, and this experience has been particularly disappointing. The way this issue was handled, including changing the product information after the fact rather than acknowledging what was originally advertised, has left us extremely frustrated.
The issue was reported the day the iteam was delivered, I provided documentation, and I have followed up multiple times. More than a month later, I still don't have the missing cushion or a satisfactory resolution.. Emma. Wed Sep 16 2026
