I ordered 2 of these for our shed. They were delivered July 26, 2025. They both made crackling sounds when walking on them, but they were good height and fit perfectly. Worked well for a little over a month (of course, just long enough to miss the return policy window). Now, one of them literally collapses when you step on it, so it’s basically unusable for getting our yard equipment into the shed. Very disappointed, especially since the item is not returnable now. I like these dogs ramps, and love that they came in a set of two. We have an older dog that has a hard time with the bottom step of our basement stairs, because it is higher than the other stairs. She also has a hard time getting started up the steps to our RV when camping and the ground is uneven. They were easy to put together and are lightweight and portable.
