The rug I received was not the size I ordered. Customer service was very helpful and helped place a new order. It still was the incorrect size. Evidently the sku number was wrong. Is has so many creases and won’t lay flat after two days in the sun. Also it appeared smaller than advertised so I measured it and it is smaller. It’s advertised as 9’ by 12’ but is only 11.5 by 8.5.
