The seat cushions are thick and sturdy. The back cushions were thin, even after allowing them to puff up, so I put some thinner bed pillows in there and that worked perfectly. Delivered in two well packaged large boxes. Came with clear and visual directions with well labeled parts. It was time consuming but very intuitively made and easy to assemble; took me two evenings of 3-4 hours each to assemble all of it piece by piece. The first shipment arrived damaged, but Wayfair made it right promptly. Upon receiving the intact piece, it was an easy build with solid components. It is low profile, sitting at the perfect height for my fire pit. The seat cushions fit properly, and the back cushions are incredibly plush for outdoor furniture. Since I chose to use the included table with some of my other patio seating, the side table within this lounge is a game changer since I didn't have to awkwardly place the included table in order to have somewhere to put things!
