This catio is great. It’s pretty roomy, and it’s cute. I live in a townhouse, and don’t have anywhere for my cats to be outside, so this worked out for me to be able to give them a safe area. We love this catio! We use it for an out door enclosure for rehabbing opossums. We added a lot of branches for climbing, and the metal wiring is the perfect size to keep raccoons out and opossums in. For the most part I was happy with my purchase. It was very easy to put together, but the quality was not as good as I was hoping for for the amount of money I spent on it. I had the wood split three times when I was trying to attach the wheels and as you see in a couple of the pictures you can see a back panel that was pre-assembled had a screw put in at an angle and it broke through the wood and now I have a sharp screw sticking through.. I’ve been looking for one with kind of measurements and with some adjustments to the structure (for our needs and wants) this has been great. The instructions were pictures which I thought were a challenge, and a few pieces were cracked.. I used glue and packing tape for repair. But not with removing a star. I skipped the braces ( first steps so I could put it together in the house ) when my husband and I could assemble this outdoors I did end up replacing some of the upper parts with the same wire as the bottom. I purchased at tractor supply then replaced the two doors with just wire ( a good stapler is needed.) The big door at the bottom I added an extra lock so it gives me the access needed for “just in case” my cats would run in if I shake the treat jar. I got two pieces of strapping for the top to support the top by the roof and one for the center just for additional support. I am able to use power tools but I didn’t want to come up with the big design so honestly this is great!
