This chair is very comfortable and a delight. Assembly really requires prior experience with schematics and understanding basic aspects of hardware. However, as the pics show, the upper/seat section is out of alignment with the lower/base portion; it's pushed to one side. That results in the upper frame knocking against the rear black glide "dog bone" part. I don't understand what would cause this skewing. I kept all fasteners not-tight until everything was assembled. These are decent chairs. Ive had them a few weeks, now. One was very easy to put together, but the other was not. As other reviews have noted, holes arent always exactly lined up, which is a pain. But I did get both put together by myself. The easy one took only took about 15 minutes, including unpacking. A few weeks in and I have had to tighten some screws, and one of the chairs squeeks, but I cant figure out from what. And one of the screws wont tighten at all (but thats not where the squeek is).
