Old fat woman approved! Very comfortable outdoor swivel recliner. Wicker is finished nicely, no gotchas! Side table pulls up and closes smoothly and easily. To recline, simply push back. No cable pullslevers to deal with or fix when they snap. The cushions are VERY comfortable. Feels like my indoor recliner and it doesn’t bottom out when a heavy person sits in it. Good back support. It will lay all the way back, but it wants to pull back up, which is annoying. This chair is very comfortable and a delight. Assembly really requires prior experience with schematics and understanding basic aspects of hardware. However, as the pics show, the upper/seat section is out of alignment with the lower/base portion; it's pushed to one side. That results in the upper frame knocking against the rear black glide "dog bone" part. I don't understand what would cause this skewing. I kept all fasteners not-tight until everything was assembled. Fortunately the knocking only occurs if I glide far enough forward, which is actually beyond my typical glide length. But I have to take a star away because of this.. Bart. Boulder, CO. In the reviews you see how many people had problems assembling the chairs, that is because it does not bring letters to match the parts, also some screw's were defective, lucky me, my husband and son are carpenters and figure it out fast. Both chairs were finished within an hour. once finished, the look beautiful, but the manufacturer needs to improve the assembly instructions and provide a thicker cushions (even if I have to pay more)..
