It's a nice, sturdy cage and goes together fairly easily as long as you pay careful attention to the directions. Because of the various locations of doors and half-panels, it needs to be assembled and used in the right orientation, which means it's not the most flexible regarding use. If you're using it outdoors or in a large space, especially as pictured with an attached coop or run, it's perfect. For my head-tilt rabbit who doesn't escape from open cages as long as there's a short barrier, it provided excellent access for feeding and petting and I didn't need an attached cage. This cage was 'as expected', seems pretty sturdy and was pretty straight forward and easy to put together. Took a little time, I did it by myself, but all the screws and brackets seem solid. using it for a rooster that we need to keep away from the other roosters, so it fulfills our need--with one major flaw. Now, I knew this going in and we remedied it on our own with zip ties and chicken wire, but be aware that the only roof is the vinyl/tent top and that tent top will not keep out a raccoon or other eager predator in any way. We have a tiny 2 x2 coop inside this run that we can lock at night, but do add some kind of chicken wire under the canopy if you plan to rely on it for safety, which can easily be done before you put the canopy on. I wish it came with a secure roof, but from what I am seeing, none of these come with a solid roof, so this will have to do, and it seems to be working out for us.. Daniel. Bloomington, IN. Excellent duck coop. Easy to set up with my grand childrens assistance. I added more layers of poultry wire and hardware cloth to the sides and top make break-ins more difficult. Also hardware cloth used as ground floor and apron covered with sod and then pine shavings. Placed the heavy duty XL anti-diggers around the perimeter. We have not had any intrusions in this set-up.. This is my second chicken coop from Wayfair. Unlike the first one, the instructions on putting this coop together were excellent but the instructions for installing the mesh were lacking. (Unclear on how to wrap the coopdoor section). I had to buy a lot of extra zip ties. The stake hole location could be improved. Sometimes the stake holes are blocked from the coop frame.
