The playhouse was pretty simple to put together. We opted for a wood house in hopes to keep the temperature lower in summer months. This playground is not safe for toddlers. I spent three hours putting it together, and my toddler(16 mo) has almost tipped the thing over a few times because it’s not even stable on flat ground. Amazing bed!! Putting it together definitely requires two people but it has very straightforward instructions. At a 140lbs I was able to climb on it and the bed was extremely sturdy.
