This cart is very well built. The material is super heavy, super thick, and definitely made for the outside elements. It is very heavy… each piece has a good weight to it, I do wish there were four wheels instead of two. Two helps but four would’ve been even better. My husband put it together in approximately two hours. He said the directions are not great, mostly pictures as others have stated. That being said, this thing is wonderful. Stainless steel top, easy to keep clean and, it is made of resin material so it’s not going to rot. Everything is made with very high-end material. Even the screws! It has great space underneath you can have paper towels on the side and your seasonings. Plenty of room for all of your grilling gatherings. Solid five stars I’d give it more if I could! Assembly was a breeze as long as you read the important note in the beginning: Do not completely fasten each screw and nut until all the screws are properly fixed. It’s nice looking and will serve its purpose. The wood is not the greatest quality, and although luckily, the parts were numbered, the instructions were not very clear when it came to installing the doors and also the fold down table extension. Regarding the doors, it’s easier to remove the hinges from the doors and install them on the cabinet first and then install the doors and attach the hinges to the doors. Regarding the fold down extension, it took us a while to figure out that because the instructions don’t show that the brackets should be offset, we finally had to attach the brackets to the cabinet first and then attach the extension. I was holding off on reviewing this one until we had a chance to use it. With big brands out there competing for who can keep things the coldest, I have to say Im actually impressed by how well it worked. Its also a Gods send on my back! The little features like side shelves, internal shelves for making drinks, bottle opener etc are fantastic! I also really loved the ability to split the cooler in half with a divider panel. It allowed me to organize which drinks were kid friendly and which were not. The design is modern and it was very easy to assemble. My only critique is everyone who approached this initially was confused on how to open it (center front there are two indentations near the middle for your fingers to lift the top covers) and kept ripping the front bar off. I haven’t actually used it yet, but I did just put it together. Took a bit longer than I expected but that’s ok because I appreciate that the instructions were clear and there were no missing parts. It probably deserved 5 stars but I docked 1 star for the door attachment assembly. Whoever designed that hopefully is looking for a new job. The screws were in such a tight closed space I could not get them started for the life of me, so good luck to any of you with big hands. Decent construction for the price point (I didn't want resin). Arrived extremely well packaged, all parts and hardware labeled. Took about 30-45 for my husband to put together. The small wrench that came with the hardware did not fit the nut it was supposed to tighten. That's really the only negative so far. Hoping this holds up well outside for the long haul.. Laila.
