The open shelf is perfect for frequently used items, while the storage cabinet underneath keeps seasonings, oils, grilling tools, napkins, gloves, and other accessories neatly tucked away and protected from the weather. I also really like the thoughtful extras. The built in bottle opener is something I didn’t know I needed until I started using it. The side handles are useful when moving the cart around, and the locking wheels make it easy to position exactly where I want it while keeping it stable during use. The weather resistant construction has held up well outdoors, and the stainless steel top is easy to wipe down after cooking. Visually, it fits my outdoor setup perfectly. Once finally complete, it will work very nice for our needs. However, 2 very important issues in the self assembly. Instructions are a little confusing, but we have seen worse. More importantly, the thin film that comes on the pieces is Extremely difficult to remove, and Very time consuming. One part of the instructions states not to nick or scratch the rust protection covering the metal. If this thin plastic is the rust protection referenced, then the top is useless as any hot items put on it would melt this plastic film, and ruin you pan. Wish it wasn’t winter. This grill table is going to be perfect on our deck. Assembly wasn’t terrible but with all things now a days it takes time.
