During installation, we noticed a small dent at the bottom, but when I contacted Wayfair’s customer service, the representative offered 20 credit instead of requiring a return—absolutely amazing service. The unit came 99 pre-assembled all we needed to do was install the 2 foot brackets with two screws and follow the instructions to complete the pergola setup. We’re very impressed with both the quality and the functionality—being able to adjust the louvers separately at the top and bottom, with a full 180° open and close, is a fantastic feature. Some of the louvers arrived with minor factory paint scratches. I reached out to Mirador for touch-up paint, but they don’t offer any. On a whole, I like this panel. It ws very easy to assemble, and I love the look of the wood and the black metal together. My biggest issue was the fact that they sent an incorrect piece instead of one of the spacers, and it would have been way to much trouble to get them to replace it, so I had to make due on my own.
