We love this couch! We looked at what felt like a million and settled on this one. One of the pieces came damaged and we reached out to the seller who replaced the part free of charge within a week, no hassle. It was easy to put together with two people, took about 30 minutes. The cushions are comfortable and it looks great. My only complaint is that the back cushions are free floating, they don't velcro or attach to the back of the couch in any way so when you get up and down they tend to flop around, but that is just the way they are designed, not a flaw. Set is exactly as depicted and easy to assemble. A couple of thoughts, the set sits low so if you’re over 6’ tall or have high ceilings in your patio or balcony, it will feel small. For assembly, it had easy to use instructions and by myself I completed it in under 1.5-2 hours. Recommend starting with the swivel chairs as they take the longest. These chairs are just what I was looking for! They are good looking, solid and well made. They are quite comfortable and the pillows have a nice firmness. They do come with adjusters on the bottom of the legs. Putting them together was simple, but have to admit having a 2nd person help hold in place, while adding screws made the job go faster. Also to make it easier on yourself, follow instructions on putting the pillow covers on when taking the pillows out of the vacuum sealed packets. The pillows do expand to completely fill the covers.. We ordered this day bed and we love it. We have dogs that like to get on our sofa and this one is a much better option. It is lower to the ground so keep that in mind if you’re buying it instead of a sofa. I also noticed many people in the reviews saying that the pillows provided won’t fit in the covers. I opened the pillow stuffing folded it in half and put it in the pillow covers and they seem to work perfectly (see picture of small gray pillows). I do think that the daybed needs more pillows so I added some green ones for a pop-up color that matches the other patio decor. I really love this, it’s perfect for our needs. I would’ve given them a five star instead of four but I agree with other reviews that it is difficult because some of the fasteners don’t lineup with the pre-imbedded fasteners. I’m absolutely in love with this chair! It’s exceptionally well made, with a sturdy, durable base that feels very solid.
