Exactly as I expected by the description on the website. I need this type of chair for my back and this exceeded my expectations. I love the cup holders and the foot padding, but wait the icing on the cake was the eye mask and ear plugs….genius idea! I ordered two of these. Included thick cushion with nice fabric. All aluminum construction. Assembly is straightforward with only one allen wrench required. It's a lot easier if you have a cordless drill with a six inch extension. I also wanted the wheel feature in order not to drag them around. The cushion is vacuum packed to save shipping space. One of mine must have had a puncture because one of the boxes was distended. I did not want to open it because it says you have to pack everything in the original box for a return, which would be impossible. Customer service replied the next day and said to go ahead and open the box and they would make it right if the cushion or other parts were damaged. Nothing was damaged, so all good.. Christopher. Opened only an hour ago but so far happy (other then the cons listed below) that I went with this chair. Pros It is sturdy, the chair seems to have been made with high quality materials and it’s incredibly comfortable! I have already made up my mind to bring it inside when not in use because it will work as an extra comfortable place to sit. My sons on the bigger side and has back issues- this will be heavenly to him! The base is thick and sturdy. The cording used also seems like nice quality. Cons The cushion (which I paid a higher price for) is not high quality at all. It is poorly made, stitching visible- I’m sure it won’t last especially if washed. The other Con (also what I paid a higher price for was the side table- honestly this doesn’t even sit level and is completely pointless. This is a very comfortable lounger! It does take quite a while to assemble. The base color is different than I expected but not bad. The cushion is thick and very soft. Downside is that when it rains it soaks up ALL the water. Really need to cover or bring it in when it rains.
