Incredible chair. I have had it 5 months now and I use it everyday. It is very comfortable for me for many hours at a time. The amount and type of cushion in the entire chair is very good. Very nice, quality chaise that seems well-constructed and has a simple but elegant design. Assembly was fast and easy. However, packaging/shipping was poor. Box appears to have broken and was retaped during shipping. Item arrived with missing leg and cushion. Customer service was excellent, promising to replace missing parts within a few days. The footprint had to be small, without compromising on quality, comfort or aesthetics. The Alizeh fit the bill perfectly, in terms of dimensions, looks, material and craftsmanship. It's genuine wood and genuine leather, low slung and very comfortable for extended reading sessions. Cons - the packaging is extremely rudimentary (zero cushioning inside the box) and the first chair arrived with the front right leg completely broken.
