Directions were easy and clear, all parts labeled nearly, says it takes two people to assemble, but I did it myself in an hour. 'Lots of screws all put in with the provided Alan wrench which got a bit tiring, but not terrible. I might suggest a rubber mallet as helpful, but not critical. I ordered the bar height table and 2 chair set for my small balcony. This is at a second home so I didn’t want to spend much on it. It’s a perfect size, comfortable and the price was affordable. I had a few problems putting it together. Lining up the holes for the screws and getting it started. I was dealing with a broken hand and just didn’t have the power. Called a friend and the two of us put it together pretty quickly. I like the mesh of the chairs, even though the balcony is covered, here in Texas the wind blows the hard rain on them.
