So I bought all three versions of the air balloon, solar lantern, this being the rainbow version. I believe this is a much newer model than the other ones as it has a light that goes down into the basket as opposed to the other ones. This one also came in more modern Styrofoam that doesn’t fall apart with little pieces of it all over your house static electricity stuck to your walls forever. These appear to be nicely made, and I think it will last at least one season or maybe two. It’s raining so I haven’t got to put them out yet, but I’m very excited to see them at night time.. Jeffrey. They were as bright as I hoped they would be. But they are fairly bright. And you dont need batteries because you just charge in the sun. They are handy to have if the electricity goes out. They dont light up much more than the immediate area so the light doesnt extend much outward. But you do get four so thats a bonus. And they are really cute.
