So now I have to hot glue everything. Its just a very high price for what is received and easily could have spend less making it myself. My ghost is really handsome and bright at night. He assembled relatovely fadt. Use the onclosed zip ties to secure lights to foamed suppot insude his body. The cord is around 12 ft to make it easier to reach an outlet. Also it has stakes to keep the base attched to the ground. We havent had a really windy day so i no idea how stable it is yet. Setup was pretty quick and easy, snap together two poles, attach the pole to the round base, and then slide the pumpkin onto the pole. There are elastic bands at the bottom that hook onto the round base, and there are metal stakes that go over the base if you are setting this in the yard. Since I am setting this up on a second floor balcony, I will not need the stakes. I was pleasantly surprised by how much light comes from the lighting inside the pumpkin.
