I ordered three of these snowflakes. Two of the snowflakes are 18" and look like the photo represented on the Wayfair website. One of the snowflakes is 36" and looks like a very stretched out version of the smaller snowflakes ... however ... the photo on the Wayfair website makes it look like a totally different proportion. I believe Wayfair is using the smaller snowflake photo to represent the larger sizes as well, but they do not look the same. I did contact Wayfair about a refund and they wanted almost $20 to ship the larger, 36" snowflake back. I was told by a Wayfair customer service representative that the manufacturer of the product needing the shipping cost and basically that I should have know that the larger snowflake would look different ... even though the Wayfair photo does NOT show this. So buyer beware ... the photos for this item represent the smaller sizes of these snowflakes. The larger snowflakes will look different (way more spread out and looks like a spider) and Wayfair WILL NOT back up the misrepresentation. It is the customer's fault if you buy something that doesn't look like the photo. Silly customer! You should know better ... buy at your own risk and be prepared to pay for their misrepresentation..
