I haven’t actually used it yet, but I did just put it together. Took a bit longer than I expected but that’s ok because I appreciate that the instructions were clear and there were no missing parts. It probably deserved 5 stars but I docked 1 star for the door attachment assembly. Whoever designed that hopefully is looking for a new job. The screws were in such a tight closed space I could not get them started for the life of me, so good luck to any of you with big hands. I really love this its perfect for my needs and volume that I have. It works well easy to clean, I love the storage cabinet, I'm pleased with this product. The design is not to well thought out where the oil is held. does not have a drainage pipe/valve, so when you change the oil, you need to wait for it too cool and then drain it with a cup. Once the oil level was lowered you can remove the oil pan, but you have to remove it by lifting the pan at an angle because of the bar that holds the fry basket is in the way that's why you have to remove oil by a cup. I like this flat grill and lot. A lot of space for grilling and very easy to use. But I wont recommend buying the Royal Gourmet grill cover. Let me tell you this exceeded my expectations this is a really nice grill !!! I love the cutting board the cooking space is very spacious and it’s really nice . The only downside I found was the build time it took a bit a lot of pieces but other than that this is a great grill I knocked a star off for that one reason only but I would take the time to build this again as it is a nice grill.
