Great product and top quality love it now I’m waiting on my Wayfair outdoor furniture set to arrive thanks. William. US. Tue Aug 11 2026

outdoor canopy, all-round suitable for all kinds of outdoor scenarios! The galvanized steel roof, combined with an aluminum frame coated with anti-rust, is sturdy and weather-resistant, and is not prone to damage even after long-term use. The double-top hard ceiling design is equipped with built-in top ventilation mesh, and convenient hooks are reserved at the top for easy installation of fans and lamps, balancing practicality and decoration. The detachable mesh and curtains can be flexibly switched and quickly fixed with straps, ensuring ventilation while creating a private space. Provide shade on sunny days and shelter from rain on rainy days, always offering a comfortable experience!

I've purchased several things through Wayfair and each of those was a pleasant experience. This hard-topped gazebo is beautiful now that it is complete and it looks impressive in our yard. We look forward to many years of use. But, it had a couple of misleading aspects to it The estimated construction time mentioned on the item's site was grossly understated. Even with the help of a second person for certain tasks, it took me more than 4 times the estimate in the listing -- and I am pretty experienced at constructing similar things. The product's installation instructions were nicely illustrated, but several parts were mis-labled in the instructions and several of the instructions didn't cover crucial details. More instructions and more explicit details would have been very useful. Some instructions were so ambiguous that I had to try out more than one possibility, going back and re-doing certain things. That is the product manufacturer's fault, though. Wayfair's transaction went very well. They are efficient, speedy, accurate and responsive. One quibble: in the time between placing my order and receiving the shipping confirmation (just a couple of days), the gazebo's price dropped almost $100. It would have been nice of them to give me the reduced price.. Thomas. MI. Sun Aug 09 2026

This hardtop gazebo is good quality, but when we assembled it, we found some parts missing. It comes in 4 boxes, and they're heavy and huge. But we had to contact Wayfair to get some of the missing parts replaced, and they were very helpful. Hopefully these crucial parts will arrive soon so we can finish the assembly. The gazebo will be sturdy and the black finish is really nice-looking. I also like that it has curtains for privacy, and the included mosquito netting is a big plus.. Tom. Long Beach, CA. Great product we purchased the 12x20 said you will need 6 people for 14 hours, I did it in 16 hours by myself the only part I needed a quick hand with was putting up the 4 posts once I had those up I was off to the races directions were very clear few confusing parts but nothing that wasn't fixable, its sturdy and well built all screws lined up with pre tapped holes and it looks great at the campground, 3 hours after completing it we got a thunderstorm with heavy winds, we stayed dry under there, I was 100% leary of it coming from wayfair but I am impressed with it anyone complaining about it should just hire someone to build it because no issues seeing i did 98% of the building of it myself.. With its spacious 20 ft. x 10 ft. design, this gazebo provides ample room for outdoor furniture and can even serve as a grill gazebo.

It is beautiful, but hard to build, a lot of screws, which take an Alan wrench, all that could have been avoided with the use of buttons that click into place, but the worst part is the Curtains, the directions do not tell you how to put the curtains up, it took four times, with trial and error to figure out how to hang the curtains, if you buy one, you will know what I mean. But when it is built, it is so pretty, and cool inside, the neighbors have stopped speaking. That is when you know you have done good Just a tip, the heavy drapes go on the big bar with the tie strings in the outside, so you can tie the onto the poles with the seam Aligning with each pole The mosquito netting hangs on those smaller curtain rods, which angle out the wrong way to someone that doesn’t know what’s going on, I can zip them and place them on the small skinny curtain rods, making sure that the ties are facing toward the pole that ties them to the pole, And unzip them as you go, that’s pretty much it. Alan. Danville, VA. Wed Jul 01 2026

Even though this is a BEAUTIFUL gazebo, I've been waiting to see if it would consistently withstand light winds. Since assembling and staking it into the ground in September 2024, as an added safeguarding measure, I faithfully remove the large canopy whenever the weather forecast has a high wind risk. I must say, the top-tier canopy passed the test for awhile until yesterday's (Nov 21st) 22 mph winds finally proved my thoughts that the canopy will catch too much wind and the steel poles wouldn't be as strong as advertised. As seen in the photos, most of the dome poles bent and broke inwardly as the wind gust pulled the frame from the ground and flipped it upside down. The frame and netting withstood the wind; the dome poles didn't and now are a TOTAL LOSS! I hope I can replace them through Wayfair... UPDATE: I'm pleased to announce that the manufacturer sent me a complete replacement of the destroyed gazebo! Due to seasonal delays, we just recently set up the new one and it looks as awesome as the first one. Thanks Domi!. Reasie. Loganville, GA. Wed Mar 12 2025

Best gazebo around. It was easy to put together and is absolutely beautiful.. Anonymous. Thu Aug 27 2026

This patio gazebo is a polycarbonate roof gazebo, which can block sunlight rain, and snow very well. The wooden columns and reinforced base as well as the triangular reinforcing poles of the columns will make the gazebo more stable and not easy to shake, and you won't have to worry about damage for a long time to come. Meanwhile, the double roof gazebo also ensures good ventilation and the spacious 11' x 13' space can also accommodate 4-6 people comfortably in the gazebo at the same time.

I just assembled it yesterday but so far it has met my expectations.. Donald. Newark, NJ. Mon May 11 2026
