I really love this its perfect for my needs and volume that I have. It works well easy to clean, I love the storage cabinet, I'm pleased with this product. The design is not to well thought out where the oil is held. does not have a drainage pipe/valve, so when you change the oil, you need to wait for it too cool and then drain it with a cup. Once the oil level was lowered you can remove the oil pan, but you have to remove it by lifting the pan at an angle because of the bar that holds the fry basket is in the way that's why you have to remove oil by a cup. It's a big beautiful oven - makes a wonderful addition to outdoor kitchen - WARNING - it takes either a rented hoist (see photos) or 4 really strong people who can clean-lift over 150 pounds, to get the oven off of the cart on the pallet, and then again up onto the cart to place the oven. Do not attempt on your own - oven and cart weigh 649 lbs. the lift handles assume you have 4 people who can lift 150 lbs over their waist. If you can pay someone to set up - do so! So excited for this deep fryer. It’s a lot bigger than I thought it would be. The instructions were not easy to follow, but overall it was easy to put together. For some reason the side table will not stay up. It keeps falling down and I still have not figured out what’s wrong with that.
