For the price point, this garland is excellent! Personally, if I wasn't going to be decorating more than just lights I would probably go with a more full and cylindrical garland but thats just personal style. This garland was exactly as described. completely fluffed out it was the full diameter. I've had garland that shed so badly you wondered if anything was left on the strand but out of the box, fluffed and hung there was very little shedding - almost didn't feel the need to sweep anything! (I hung it and it looked great w/o lights but I couldn't stand it any longer and had an extra set of lights so added them and it looks gorgeous!
