The fountain is a great purchase. It arrived on time, was well packaged and was easy to assemble. The package includes medium-sized rocks for the base which was a great touch. The waterfall noise is very gentle. I added pebbles to the leaves (as another reviewer suggested) to increase the waterfall noise. This has been a great addition to my patio.. Kristin. Set up a little while ago layers snap but don’t seem very tight. Its much louder streaming than I thought, tried adjusting pump but haven’t gotten it to sound smoother trickling. The top bubbler is very wobbly. All in all the fountain looks nice just need to tweak the pump I guess. Not very easy to adjust the pump sine it’s enclosed. My fountain was easily assembled however the problem I discovered was that in order to use the light, I needed two outlets and I already was using one for my patio lights. So I plugged the light to the fountain into the automatic timer and it comes on now when my outside lights do. It works perfectly and l’m pleased. The sound was very important to me because I’ve had fountains before that made a hollow sound and not very relaxing, this one is soothing as it cascades over the rippled edges and doesn’t splash outside the fountain..
