I contacted Wayfair for a replacement, but unfortunately, the replacement unit had the exact same defect. We ended up having to drill the holes ourselves, which made the installation very time-consuming and tedious. Overall, the installation was honestly a nightmare and took much longer than it should have. That said, I really like the set itself and think it looks great in our backyard. So far so good on this really cute set that fits perfectly in its spot on my porch. I had a defective seat part when it arrived, and they immediately sent me a replacement, which was amazing.
