Great grill, but arrived damaged and dirty We really like this grill and are happy with its overall size, features, and performance. It has plenty of cooking space and looks great once assembled. Unfortunately, ours arrived with a dent in the grill, along with what appeared to be animal paw prints on the cooking surface and several stains/discolorations. The condition of the grill surface was especially concerning because this is a product that is meant to be used for cooking food. We were able to clean it, but for a brand-new grill, I expected it to arrive clean, undamaged, and ready to use. The packaging should also do a better job of protecting the grill from damage during shipping. Overall, we like the grill itself, but the condition it arrived in definitely took away from the experience. I would recommend better quality control and packaging before these are shipped to customers.. Whitney. US. Thu Sep 17 2026

I really like it! And for the price, it’s not that bad! As a matter of fact, when I started to break apart the box, lay out all the parts in its corresponding (numbered) bagboxes, and took my time read the instructions and followed it step by step, it was easy as pie! I read the reviews on here and I have no idea what you idiots were talking about, drilling holes, and nothing fits together. Or whatever. Maybe some of you tried to install it from photographic memory or something, i had no issues. Everything came with the box. Mine wasnt damaged. And its ready to be seasoned down and prepared for a first time cooking session. It might be on the flimsy side as far as metal thickness goes, but it is still an all around heavy duty piece for the use I need it for. Thanks Wayfair! And btw, I tried putting the burner box in by myself, it was awkward. You will need 2 people to do it. It would be much easier! And to make note of the side burner ignition wire, it connects into the back of the gas controller inside the plastic black housing.. David. Thu Oct 01 2026

I like this flat grill and lot. A lot of space for grilling and very easy to use. But I wont recommend buying the Royal Gourmet grill cover. It started tearing up and faded by the end of the summer from the sun. I have 5 grills and this was the only one that did this.. Michael. Chicago, IL. Sat May 16 2026
