I wanted a tree that was no fuss. Easy to set up and take down. I wanted a grinch style tree. I decided to go with this one because it is a tinsel tree and pre lit. I figured a green tinsel tree would be sufficient for what I was looking to achieve. Imagine my surprise when I got it and realized it has the option to make it droop on the side like a grinch tree! It is more of what I would call a pop up tree. The pole seems to be a little wobbly but when I got it up it is sturdy. It is also tricky getting it to flow straight as you can see the way it hangs when lit. There are no directions really. They are of no help. You basically just have to play with it. Thats how I figured out that it will droop to the side. This is also the reason for the 4 stars. So you want the circular parts to be centered. It can with a red ornament attached to the top, which when made to drop was exactly the look I was aiming for! It will look so cute in my whoville inspired class.. Melissa. Edenton, NC.
