This chair is an absolute must for a backyard. It has plenty of room to sit comfortably and the neck pillow is just perfect for me to rest on. Every single time I'm in it I want to go to sleep. I did have a problem with one of them. The bottom part would not connect to the upper and the chair was useless. I was supposed to get a replacement part but it never came. I had to call and was told the company canceled my order but I was never notified. So a whole new chair was going to ship out to me but once again it was sold out. Item arrived missing the footing piece for two of the support legs. Wayfair support dutifully handled contacting the manufacturer to obtain the missing parts. They arrived over three weeks later. Putting the chair together was quite easy and took less than 30 minutes. My wife is very pleased with how comfortable it is.
