Very comfortable. Left out in the rain and dried quickly. Didn’t soak through outer material.. Kristen. Cheektowaga, NY. Wed Jul 29 2026

Our cushions are vacuum-sealed for shipping and require manual fluffing plus 3-7 days to fully expand. Based on our recent data analysis of return requests, we noticed that most returns were initiated within just 3 days of delivery—often before the cushion had enough time to reach its full size. If your cushion isn't fully fluffy yet, please don't worry! This is not a quality issue or damage. Simply give it a good fluff and allow it up to a week to expand. (Note: A minor measurement variance of 2-3cm / 0.79-1.18 inches is normal). Thank you for your patience!

Yes, it was a bit flimsy, however, I put it in the dryer, and it came to life!! It looked exactly like the picture shown. I’ve put it in my “egg chair” and it’s adorable, fit perfectly and is very comfortable. (I purchased the printed one). I can add some batting to it later if needed, but until then, it’s exactly what I’d hoped for.. Sidney. Meridian, MS. Wed Mar 06 2024
