Item arrived missing the footing piece for two of the support legs. Wayfair support dutifully handled contacting the manufacturer to obtain the missing parts. They arrived over three weeks later. Putting the chair together was quite easy and took less than 30 minutes. My wife is very pleased with how comfortable it is. This is a great swing. It was fairly easy to put together, although it's helpful to have 2 people for some of it. There is a small dent in the top bar, but not bad enough to send back. It is a beautiful piece. Only complaint is it doesn't come with a cover (I purchased one later for these pieces but it doesn't cover the base for winter). This took me about 2 hours to put together with Vanna White-esq help from my 12 year old. Directions are just pictures, so there are a few things I had to go back and fix cus the directions didn’t explain one part should happen first when screwing in pieces in each step.
