They are great looking chairs. White glove delivery was a breeze, and status update throughout the process was simple. The chairs are very versatile. As others have mentioned, the cushions are stiff but after a few uses they are breaking in nicely. I’m now referring to these as my outdoor beds. The aluminum frames are sturdy but also lightweight so I can easily move them around. The armrests are chunky enough to hold a cup and phone so I don’t have to have a side table. Only having 1 armrest is really convenient for getting in and out, no scooting up and down the chair to get out. The flexibility these offer is exactly what I was looking for, put them together or keep the separate plenty of cushion space to get comfortable. I'm giving 5 stars for Wayfair's customer service when things weren't right. the thought of sending this back made me frustrated knowing it would be a pain. So we set out to do our best. This product had issues from the beginning. Missing several holes for assembly. Luckily my hubby is handy and was able to drill the holes and we used other screws to assemply. It required lots of patience and muscle to put it together because things didn't line up exactly in several areas. Now that it is together it is very nice and strong. I contacted Wayfair Customer Service- used the chat explained my experience and they fairly compensated me whicih is what I was hoping for. Some of the holes didnt line up but I used the pointed screws instead of the flat screws to force then in then switched back to the flat screws. The seat cushion is quite firm so I might get something else to put under it for added comfort. The back cushions are a bit less filled than I would have wanted but overall Im happy with it. I've only had it a couple weeks and it hasn't been exposed to any rain yet so I can't speak to longevity but for the sale price, I think it was a good purchase.. Anonymous. Sat Jul 25 2026
