I purchased this dog kennel before moving and had it shipped directly to my new address. After settling in, I assembled it myself. I was surprised it arrived in five packages, and once started putting it together, I quickly realized how heavy it is! I highly recommend assembling it exactly where you plan to use it, as it's nearly impossible to move once fully assembled. The pre-drilled holes and markings made the process easier than expected. My dog is incredibly strong and has managed to escape from every enclosure we've tried before. But with this kennel, I finally have peace of mind. He has plenty of space to move around and genuinely seems to enjoy relaxing inside. The metal roof looks sturdy, and I'm looking forward to seeing how well it holds up against rain and snow.. It definitely is a two person job. We put it together on a paved area before moving it to the grass. It’s sturdy and my favorite part is the door latches my second favorite part is that the roof covers down the sides. Everything seems very durable and we even had a storm blow through today and there were no issues plus my chickens love it.. M Sembera. Mon Sep 14 2026

This heavy-duty outdoor dog kennel delivers ample roaming space for medium and large dogs in backyards, patios and gardens. Built with thicken rust-resistant metal tubes and secure locking doors, it effectively prevents pets from escaping while shielding dogs from outside disturbances. Reinforced anchoring and additional waterproof covers are ideal for long-term outdoor service.

I can’t rate it for outside, as I am using it for a large indoor kennel for my two small dogs. One of them is an escape artist and I am happy to say with the height and cover he can’t climb up and out. It was easy tool free assembly and is nice and solid. Personally, I’d rather not have the extra little door at the bottom as I don’t use it and think the door might be a bit more solid without it.. Edythe. US. Sat Sep 06 2025

Sturdy but there seems to be millions of parts, screws and nuts with not great instructions. I put together but myself but would of been easier with 2 people. Quality looks good but will need to use zip ties eventually to replace the ties for the roof. Very disappointed that it went on sale right after I purchased and Wayfair does not refund difference.. Kelly. Fallbrook, CA. Sun Sep 20 2026

This large pet kennel features a sturdy, multi-purpose design suitable for medium and large dogs, cats, chickens, and other animals for both indoor and outdoor use. Built with heavy-duty galvanized iron pipes and a reinforced frame, it provides long-lasting durability and reliable stability. Equipped with a waterproof canopy, secure lock, and convenient feeding door, it ensures safety, comfort, and easy daily care for your pets.

This is exactly what I needed. Two men put it together for me and it went together quickly. We are very to have a play area for our dog, a great space to work on training too since we live in the woods and fencing would be cost prohibitive. I love the cover since we live in the Pacific Northwest and rain is often in the forecast. We opted to put artificial grass down to prevent a muddy mess. The reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the entire kennel once assembled is actually light, the three of us could lift it easily to move it. The framework is seems sturdy but my helper’s recognized right away that with the winds where I live once the canopy is on it could, and probably would, become airborne, the pegs that come with it may be sufficient for some places but not here. They came up with a solution of 4 large landscaping boulders wired to the frame so it looks good and can still be hosed or blown out easily. I am hopeful that this will give us years of fun.. Noeleen. Kingston, WA. Mon Jun 29 2026

I really like this dog run! It gives my dog plenty of space to move around, play, and enjoy being outside while still staying safely contained. The size is great, and it feels sturdy enough for everyday use. It was fairly easy to set up, and I like that I can add a bed, toys, water bowl, or even a turf rug inside. It has been especially helpful with a puppy because he can spend time outside without me worrying about him wandering off. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality, space, and convenience. I would definitely recommend it!. Anonymous. Fri Sep 25 2026

I am very pleased with this kennel. It arrived undamaged. There was no rust or bent parts. All parts were included. It was easy to put together. LATER: Although the manufacturer says it is waterproof, I see now that if a drop of water even touches it, then rust appears. I have it UNDER a side patio roof but it is rusting already!. Margaret.
