It would definitely be easier for 2 people to assemble but it is possible for 1. Took me about 8 hours over a 3 day weekend to complete. Works well for my dog. My only suggestion is when attaching the top, do it from the inside, much easier that way.. Anonymous. Mon Sep 28 2026

The dog playpen is designed to bring a win-win solution to you and your lovely dog. Different from a narrow enclosure cage or kennel, the dog pen provides a spacious semi-open activity area specifically for your dog. Your dog will have fun in its safe and sturdy kingdom. Meanwhile, you can take a real break and be truly relaxed without worrying about your beloved pet. Fun, relaxation, and well-being are the orientation of the few teams. The stakes are designed with rounded ball tops to protect the dog's claws from injury. The rods are easily inserted into the ground for greater stability and rigidity, which won't collapse when the dog leans against them. Also, the automatic gravity-actioned locking mechanism will ensure you can open and close the door smoothly and reduces the chance of dogs unlocking by themselves. All of this is designed for absolute safety, so you can relax. It won’t take you more than 5 minutes to assemble these portable dog fences as well as pack them away due to the rod-connected design. Meanwhile, panels can be added or removed freely to give you a fully flexible area and arrange the dog pen in any shape you need. The dog playpen features a powder coating that will help protect against rust and extend its life, which makes it ideal for RV camping, traveling, or use in the yard.

Fast easy set up. It’s working well at keeping my 11 pound pup in the yard. I can step over the 32” height when snow comes because then the door won’t swing. **Good Value, but Be Prepared for the Wire Mesh** Overall, for the price, this kennel is a good value. The frame is sturdy 4 stars out of 5, the fencing gets 2 stars out of 5 and assembly itself wasn’t too bad. It looks good and should serve its purpose well. A few things to consider: the gate was smaller than I expected, and the top frame bar runs across the entire length of the kennel, leaving an opening under 4 feet in height. At 6’1”, I have to duck every time I enter to change the water or retrieve a toy. That one’s on me for not paying closer attention to the dimensions. My biggest complaint is the wire mesh. During unpacking, the top and bottom wire came unhooked in several places and became tangled. Fixing it required detaching sections and literally reweaving the wire back together. What should have been a straightforward assembly turned into several extra hours of work. After that experience, I feel qualified to start my own fencing company. On the plus side, the kit included gloves, open-end wrench, and drill driver attachment for the self tapping screws were thoughtful additions. **Bottom line:** It looks good and is a decent kennel for the money, but be prepared for some frustration with the wire mesh, and double-check the gate dimensions before purchasing. This sturdy, pet friendly 10 panels metal play pen is perfect for camping with our Golden Retriever and Frenchton. The material is well-made and highly durable. However, be aware that our Malinois grandpuppy can easily jump right out. Assembly is straightforward, but pay close attention because there is a distinct right and wrong way to put it together. The hinges differ on each side, and if it's uneven (like in my picture), it means a piece is backward. Key features and tips: • Versatile anchoring: It can be staked into the ground or balanced upright on pavement using the corners. It is stable even when just sitting on top of the grass. • Expandable: It connects easily to other gate sets, which I used to expand mine. • Latch placement: The gate latch works well but feels a bit too low..
