I was not able to put the burner part up correctly because I was minus one nut. I had enough, but it was the wrong one and did not screw on correctly. It doesn’t hold the burner part in place. I really love this its perfect for my needs and volume that I have. It works well easy to clean, I love the storage cabinet, I'm pleased with this product. The design is not to well thought out where the oil is held. does not have a drainage pipe/valve, so when you change the oil, you need to wait for it too cool and then drain it with a cup. Once the oil level was lowered you can remove the oil pan, but you have to remove it by lifting the pan at an angle because of the bar that holds the fry basket is in the way that's why you have to remove oil by a cup. Great deep fryer, but instructions did not say how to put the handle on it. Almost didn't see the other spot at the bottom where it hooks on and almost returned it as a result.
