Thes design was perfect for a window with extremely limited space for a curtain rod and finials. I looked for a long time to find the right design for full functionality and my aesthetic. These were almost perfect. I’m glad I chose light weight curtains because the rod is not as big in diameter as I would have liked. I probably could use two sets of curtains on the window but I don’t think the rod would hold the additional weight. My curtains are fine and do cover the window fine but I would prefer to add an additional set for aesthetics only. I still love the design and would buy them again if they only came in this size. I did purchase a rod larger than I needed so that it is not hanging on just a weaker single rod. It has the support of the rod inside the rod that I’m not using. They look really pretty, secure perfectly to the wall and work well! My long, heavy, velvet drapes glide effortlessly. However, you should know that they come with only one wand and one drape stopper. I’m using them with drapes opening in the middle and stacking on both sides so I need to order another wand and another stopper.
