Good quality but difficult to assemble. Video shows individual using a power drill to assemble. Makes it look easy. It is not. Only an allen wrench was included in our order. Screws should be color coded so as not to mix them up. They are very similar size. Parts should be identified as A1, A2, etc. I am not into self assembly. Really great so far. Haven’t actually tried the chairs yet but I do have something to say about the instructions manual. For this specific product, Model: op-PECLB2-PORVII, the instructions manual has a few flaws. 1) Both steps are labeled “Step 1” 2) The alan wrench’s assigned letter is “F” when the instructions call it “I”. It should, in fact, be “I” because it comes after “H” in the list of parts. 3) The first (and true) step states that Bolt (F) should be used. Well after careful observation. Bolt (H) is actually the one should be the one that’s used. First of all, there’s 4 bolts of H which allows you to attach the entire base to the arm. Secondly, there’s only 2 Bolt (F)’s which are supposed to be reserved for attaching the arm to the base, NOT the base to the chair.. Milan. Fri Apr 02 2021
