You won’t believe how small the box is that these arrive in! However, they expand to a wonderful size and are quite plush and firm, yet not too hard for a cushion. While it is my fault, I thought I ordered navy and ended up getting blue. I’m still happy with the purchase. They come with the covers separate, but they were super easy to slip on and zip up. These are very nice cushions with Sunbrella fabric. I bought these for chairs on a screened porch. They are a lovely shade of blue and are 3.5 " high, and firm, so I don't think they'll lose their shape. The only negative is that I miscalculated the size. I should have gotten them an inch deeper.
