This chair was not hard to put together but it wasn’t easy either. It took two of us because the way it was constructed, one person had to hold the pieces while the other put the screws in or else the pieces wouldn’t line up right for the screws to go in all the way. Once we got them together, I really liked how they looked and fit in our space. They are comfortable however, you can definitely feel the braces underneath. I plan on getting a memory foam pad to cut to size and put under the cushion in hopes I can’t feel them as much. The image also makes it seem like you sit up more than you actually do. When leaning back against the cushion, you are semi-lying down. We needed to put a firm pillow behind our back to be in a more upright, sitting position. Cute and modern chairs were the perfect low-profile look for this tight space. Pretty easy to assemble. This is the light camel cushion with black frame. Shipped within two hours of ordering and came in one box with materials well packaged and cushions vacuum packed. They are surprisingly comfortable. You can kind of slide down in them and get your head to rest on the back cushion, which is really nice. Cushions are zippered (they actually come off the cushions in the box, and you put them on) and appear to be washable.
