The Pizzaioli is our *very* Italian-style pizza oven! While all of our wood-fired pizza ovens are brilliant, the Pizzaioli is our most authentic model and is ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!). It has a wider opening and lower dome that conducts heat directly to the oven floor. Our best-selling Pizzaioli model and the Buena Ventura are the most traditional of our wood-fired pizza ovens. But these ovens aren’t just for pizzas! They can cook anything your conventional oven can… and they’ll taste even better. Each oven comes with a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more! All of our brick ovens are HANDMADE in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of brick and mortar, which is then covered with refractory cement. A thick layer of Rockwool Insulation is then applied and held down with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement. Our standard finish is white, please see our upgraded models that have a final layer of cork, which provides a very unique finish as well as additional insulation!

We cook on this all of the time! This was a great purchase make sure you have a bobcat to help put it in place. Shane. Troy, OH. Sun Aug 09 2026

We love these mighty Maximus Arena and Maximus prime arena ovens, they’re an eye-catcher in sleek black and bright red! The Maximus prime is the big brother to the Maximus arena. These unique wood fire ovens are great looking and have an ultra-fast heat-up time of only 25-30 minutes. The Maximus arena weighs only 130 lbs and the Maximus prime arena at 300 lbs only. These portable ovens are perfect for a food truck/trailer or catering business, especially prime. They are super cool, modern, wood-fired pizza oven that heats up in only 30 minutes. Handmade in Portugal, these ovens are of superb quality and will cook pizzas to perfection in only 90 seconds. But our ovens don’t stop at pizza! They can cook anything your conventional oven can… and they’ll taste even better. Each oven comes with a stainless steel chimney pipe and cap, with built-in flu. Slip-in thermometer, ash guard, pizza peel, and a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more! The outer wall is aluminum and the inner wall is stainless steel (double wall) containing a high-temperature special ceramic blanket called Rockwool which we have the international utility patent on, so don't be fooled by others claiming to use Rockwool. Stainless steel is superior due to its resistance to salt and water corrosion. The floor is made with refractory floor tiles, and the decorative facade bricks are composed of refractory cement (Lafarge), while the inside structure is made of forged iron, allowing this oven to stay hot on the inside for hours while staying cooler on the outside! This is your perfect portable oven which is why it is among authentic pizza ovens' best sellers!

This oven is great and not just for pizza. Pizza done in about 1 min.. Anonymous. Thu Dec 29 2022

Buena Ventura Pizza Oven is absolutely stunning. The cast stone facade is in a warm authentic Portuguese Sienna sandy brick tone which intensifies the appearance of its stacked stone. This oven is the most traditional shape like the Pizzaioli, but with a different cast stacked stone facade. It has a wider opening and the lower dome conducts heat directly to the oven floor, which makes it ideal for cooking authentic Italian pizzas (in just 90 seconds!). It can even cook two 12″ pizza pies at once! But our brick ovens aren’t just for pizzas! They can cook anything your conventional oven can… and they’ll taste even better. Each oven comes with a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more! The Brand New Ventura Premium Pizza Oven is beautiful (like, really beautiful). The cast stone facade is a nice blend of black and gray tones which intensifies the appearance of its stacked stone. What we love about this oven is its versatility. Not only is it ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!), but it is also rotisserie capable (like the Lisboa). The Ventura has a higher opening than the Pizzaioli and Brazza models, which allows room to fit a spit. It also gives off a strong ambiance as the fire is much more visible, almost like a fire feature or fire pit! The door of this oven is square-shaped and is perfect for pizzas, casseroles, bread, and mouth-watering rotisseries. Arrived very fast and boxed well - its in a single very heavy box so you'll need a couple of people or heavy duty dolly to move it. I moved it to its final location in the back yard pre assembly and assembled in the back yard. This thing has a lot of pieces so plan for a good 2-3 hours of assembly. Its not difficult to assemble but there are lots of parts and it took me some time... Once put together its a very nice piece and fits what we wanted it for perfectly. The only adjustment I had to make was my Vevor grill has a box on back of the lid so I had to raise the grill deck and attach it higher and it works great (see pics)...Its actually an awesome piece for both our Ooni pizza oven and grill with a nice space in between for prep etc.... Wow- the new rustic brick Lisboa is beautiful and different from the other authentic dome pizza ovens! This oven is also the biggest (and worst) of all the ovens. This oven makes a statement! The rustic is also rotisserie capable. The Lisboa has a higher opening than the Pizzaioli, Brazza, and Buena Ventura models, which allows room to fit a spit. It also gives off a strong ambiance as the fire is much more visible, almost like a fire feature or fire pit! The door of this oven is square-shaped and is perfect for pizzas, casseroles, bread, and mouth-watering rotisseries. We recommend that you first cure your oven and use it for a few weeks and treat it with ultra fire (included) before you paint.

Had a group of neighbors over for pizza. All enjoyed. Worked great, but we need to look for a heat-resistant apron. The oven gets hot! Ordered by phone so we forgot to use our coupon for our very first Wayfair purchase. . Sharon. Old Town, ME. Wed Aug 19 2020
