The Lisboa has a higher opening than the Pizzaiolo, brazza, and Buena Ventura models, which allows room to fit a spit. It also gives off a strong ambiance as the fire is much more visible, almost like a fire feature or fire pit! The door of this oven is square-shaped and is perfect for pizzas, casseroles, bread, and mouth-watering rotisseries. All of our brick ovens are handmade in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of brick and mortar, which is then covered with refractory cement. A thick layer of Rockwool insulation is then applied and held down with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement. Our standard finish is white. Premium hardware: the Lisboa has a traditional brick facade with a black non-rust cast aluminum door, chimney cavity, and stainless steel chimney. The door has a peep-through high-heat viewing window pane. Authentic pizza ovens never use a galvanized coating or zinc galvanizing coating on any of their products. You can paint or tile our white domed ovens to match your home or design specifications. You will just need to use a high-heat paint or adhesive. We recommend that you first cure your oven and use it for a few weeks and treat it with ultra fire (included) before you paint.

The brand new upgraded premium stone Lisboa pizza oven is truly a work of art. The slate stone facade and full dome are a nice blend of gray tones of natural stones which makes this a one-of-a-kind oven. What we love about this oven is its versatility. Not only is it ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!), but it is also rotisserie capable (like the lisboa). The Lisboa has a higher opening than the pizzaiolo, buena ventura, and brazza models, which allows room to fit a spit. It also gives off a strong ambiance as the fire is much more visible, almost like a fire feature or fire pit! The door of this oven is square-shaped and is perfect for pizzas, casseroles, bread, and mouth-watering rotisseries. All of our brick ovens are handmade in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of brick and mortar, which is then covered with refractory cement. The Forno di Italy Woodburning Pizza Oven is constructed using the same old-world techniques that have been used to make the finest pizza ovens in the world. Using only the highest-quality fire brick and stainless steel, Forno di Siena's pizza ovens will last many years. The Forno di Siena oven uses genuine firebrick on the interior of the dome along with 3" of fiberglass insulation between the brick and stainless steel outer dome. The brick interior allows the oven to achieve a higher temperature more quickly and maintain an even cooking temperature for a longer time, and the added fiberglass insulation prevents the outer dome from becoming dangerously hot during use. The exterior of the oven is constructed of high-grade stainless steel with a powder-coated outer dome.

It's a big beautiful oven - makes a wonderful addition to outdoor kitchen - WARNING - it takes either a rented hoist (see photos) or 4 really strong people who can clean-lift over 150 pounds, to get the oven off of the cart on the pallet, and then again up onto the cart to place the oven. Do not attempt on your own - oven and cart weigh 649 lbs. the lift handles assume you have 4 people who can lift 150 lbs over their waist. If you can pay someone to set up - do so!
