I was happy to find these shades for our patio. Hadn't had much luck except to order custom made at three times the price! I wish these were offered in shorter lengths....96 x 96 is 3 feet longer than the openings on my patio, but we can unroll them to the floor at almost 8 feet, or just leave them at the top of our brick wall and have extra fabric on the roll. As it’s getting dark in the evening, and the lights are on in our kitchenfamily room, you can see everything in our home almost as clearly as if the shade were not in place. Also, my home is fully automated with Alexa control. I have two universal RF hubs (Bond Bridge Pro and Toyanc IRRF transmitter) for home automation, and for some reason, both accepted the programming frequency of the remote (433.92 MHz), but neither would transmit the right codes. This roll-up blind is very popular in Japan. A perfect natural decorative option to be used for screening and sunshade. This is naturally hollow making them excellent material for insulating heat from the sun on residential and commercial premises. Reed is harvested once a year for our fencing and curtain production. I purchased the 60” wide sunshades in gray. I wanted them to be inset in the frame of my screened in patio, which is 60.5”. Unfortunately, they were too wide so we had to mount them on the outside of the frame. Also, just note that the fabric is about an inch short in width than the metal roller. The magnets are sewn on both sides of the curtain. The product includes a panel, a bracket, and adhesive fixing straps, making installation quick and easy. It has a slot design for flexible installation. It can protect furniture and floors, cool down in summer and keep warm in winter. It is fixed with both magnetic clips and magnetic rods, and the height can be adjusted. It can be machine washed, using mild detergent, and cannot be bleached. It can be turned over for drying or ironed.

These are in the style of a Roman shade, which is a nice concept for covering the glass panel in French Doors. They are magnetic, so easy to position up or drop down. However, instead of some type of metal or sturdy resin material, the “rod” inserts at the back of the shade are cheap plastic tubes which do not fit tightly enough or stay together very well— when inserting to the back of the curtain, the sections come apart. There are several colors to choose from, and the material is lightweight, but blocks even the strong sunlight we have in the desert.
