Really love our new fan! I’ve been eyeing it for months and finally went for it and I’m so glad I did! Easy to install, great additional lighting, and the fan is small but powerful. I really love how unique it is. The fan blade actually comes off super easy for cleaning, there’s a little cap that unscrews and the blade (1 pc) comes off. Ok. This should be a 4-5 star fan. They misrepresent how it works in terms of mounting twice however and that’s a pretty big deal for those that aren’t very handy when deciding to purchase this fan. First part the holes for mounting the pole are not alternating in the manner described so it leaves you with a forced mounting approach for the hook mount. Not a terrible problem but they have it completely opposite in the instructions. Secondly, and the biggest issue is that there is No left to right pivot as described in the description. This means the way you mount the hook sets the fan direction. There is NO lateral adjustment. If this isn’t an issue then the fan rocks. It’s like they advertise their A grade model and deliver the B team model though so that is the reason for a 3 star deduction. Product is absolutely not as described in terms of adjustment. Very disappointing as we got this for a multi focus use on our patio. I shouldn’t have to go find a solution for an otherwise great fan that claims to be capable of something it’s not. Ashley.
