The boxwood hedge itself is beautiful. The problem arose with the delivery. The box itself was delivered and had crushed corners and slashes in the middle of the box etc. As a result the black box with hedge had damage. The bright side is that resolution came easily. I was offered a chance to keep it with a discount and repair it myself. I was offered a chance to return it in exchange for another with free shipping back. All of this was made possible in the Wayfair chat. Mistakes happen. With Wayfair mistakes are easily corrected, which leads to happy customers!!! My re-order is on its way and my return will be picked up soon! Connie Fritsch. Connie. Rancho Mission Viejo, CA. Sat Jun 20 2026

Absolutely beautiful tree which doesn't scream FAKE! I measured well before ordering, as I was concerned about it being too wide for the space. Some of the width can be controlled by how you choose to fluff it out. I decided to place it in a larger container and will fill the container with rocks or moss to complete the look. I just wanted to include a picture for this review before I had a chance to do so. Don't hesitate to buy it. I love how it looks in my home.. Lilli. Highland, CA. Sat Aug 29 2026

This lifelike artificial cypress boasts real-tree texture and dense green foliage for year-round vibrancy. Crafted with UV-resistant, flame-retardant, RoHS-certified materials (no bad smell), it’s durable indoors/outdoors. It features an iron pipe trunk with PVC loose strips and a sturdy black pot, staying upright and supporting decor. No watering or pruning—low-maintenance. Ideal for Christmas and daily elegance.

I searched through a ton of listings for 4- to 5-foot topiaries and trees, trying to find something that would look realistic enough for our front deck, where real trees and shrubs aren’t happy. This is definitely more of a cedar tree look than a cypress, but it actually looks pretty realistic in person. If you get up close, you can see how plastic the needles are, but at least they are molded and closer to the shape of actual cedar needles than your classic bottle-brush fake Christmas tree. They have that rubbery, real-touch feel, so we will have to see how well they stand up to dust and the elements—I have a feeling they are going to be hard to keep clean. The trees arrive in multiple sections, but it isn’t that hard to fluff them out so they look more natural.. Carrie. Grass Valley, CA. Wed Oct 07 2026
