There is also not a smell so I feel good about using for storage immediately. Likewise, this is pretty lightweight so you can move to a lot of places and the compact size will fit well in various spaces. I recommend as a cute storage piece. Just to note, I ordered this 3 times before it was actually delivered. Great desk and deal! Needed a small light grey desk for son’s room. Price of this was 400 less than the desk matching his bed. I opted for the Angie installation, it worked great, he put together quickly and well, said it was not difficult. Drawer and cabinet operate smoothly. Color is a nice, super light grey.
