Very comfy. Fits my 5. 1" frame. Fairly easy to assemble. Took my husband and I about 1.5 hrs. To assemble . The massage feature is a bonus although a little chintzy but I didn't buy it for that. It replaced my 30 yr. Old chair that I just couldn't find a replacement for. My kids are happy. Fits in my small tv room.. Anonymous. Pleasant Valley, NY. Tue Aug 04 2026

This is a very nice chair, I got it to have a place to just sit and read. The assembly instructions weren’t very good, and it took quite a while to assemble it because of those unclear instructions. The massage and heating work well. The reason I took a star off the rating was because there were several nicks in the wood base of the chair part.. Mary. Amenia, NY. Fri Oct 23 2026

OMG I love it! This is just like those big bulky message chairs but smaller & stylish to fit right in with my decor for my new Woman’s den. I looked at a lot of options. Yes I could have went cheaper but it wouldn’t have been worth it. All other brands had bad reviews & didn’t really work like a real message chair plus the reclining part was manual. This is all electronic & it fits me perfect!! I was a little sore at 1st from trying out all the options on the control but know I’m getting the hang of it. You will need a pillow to support your back when not using for message though. But this chair is worth every penny if your looking for a deep message. Don’t waste $500 or $600 on those cheap vibrating chairs!!!! Plus you don’t even have to put it together. Comes fully assembled & it came within a week before 8am. I am so happy I chose this 1!. Jeanie. Cisco, IL. Mon Apr 17 2023

Good size and comfortable. The option to move the massage feature from your back, to your head to removing it entirely and still having a cushion to replacement was a nice surprise. Only reason it loses a star is due to the fact the assembly instructions aren't entirely clear. It lacks specific details that would be very helpful and you're left to interpreting the images. Made the assembly more difficult than it actually is. Also, a nit pick is I wish I could raise the chair a bit higher, but overall satisfied with the purchase.. Michael. North York, ON.
